2019 Idlewild Dolcetto from the winery’s Lost Hills Ranch, in the rugged Yorkville Highlands AVA. It’s a beautiful represenation of the varietal, with subtle spiced rose and almond aromatics, high tone cherry fruit, with generous acidity and soft tannins that make this immediately drinkable.
